Provides clinical nursing education, consultation, coaching, mentoring, and advocacy. Designs, implements, and evaluates educational programs to improve clinical care and organizational outcomes. Supports nursing staff in developing expert clinical judgment, critical thinking, leadership, and professional practice. Requires a BSN, current Pennsylvania RN license, BLS certification, and at least three years of recent clinical experience.

Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates nursing education programs to improve clinical care and organizational outcomes. The role coaches and mentors nursing staff, supports professional practice, advocates for staff and patients, promotes critical thinking and leadership, and collaborates with leadership and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities may include teaching and overseeing BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and fetal heart monitoring training.

Provides direct and indirect nursing care in an outpatient physician practice, including patient assessments, treatments, medication and immunization administration, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, education, documentation, care coordination, and physician support. The RN also performs quality control, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, supply maintenance, prior authorization assistance, and patient advocacy while following Pennsylvania nursing standards and practice policies.
