The Project Engineer will manage project initiatives, budget adherence, compliance, scheduling, and assist in project close-out activities for heavy civil construction projects.

The Outside Sales Representative generates rental contracts and sales in the construction sector, builds customer relationships, and trains clients on products.

Coordinate equipment purchases, rentals, deliveries, transfers, and asset tracking for construction projects. Serve as central point of contact for equipment requests, maintain Excel tracking logs, support onboarding and SOP development, reconcile rental invoices, and manage vendor relationships to ensure equipment availability and cost control across multiple jobs.

Support and execute marketing and communications across Independence Excavating and sister companies: create social content, manage LinkedIn/Instagram, produce and edit video, design collateral, support recruiting and proposals, coordinate internal communications, events, branded merchandise, and marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency and cross-team collaboration.

Provide administrative support to the safety team: maintain injury logs and safety audits, schedule classes and meetings, track attendance and certifications, prepare reports, organize safety manuals, and communicate with employees and safety managers.
