Build and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, develop features, integrate REST APIs and backend services, create reusable UI components, troubleshoot crashes, improve performance, write tests, and collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and engineering teams throughout development and release.

Supports recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates, attendance and leave tracking, engagement activities, payroll inputs, offboarding, and employee records. Also assists with office administration by reviewing checklists, coordinating supplies and vendors, arranging meetings and events, maintaining administrative registers, and escalating operational issues. The role provides hands-on training for HR and administrative processes.

Guide engineering development, support developers, review code, and uphold coding and architectural standards. Improve workflows and AI-assisted development practices while assessing performance, scalability, maintainability, security, APIs, databases, integrations, and system architecture. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams through Agile/Scrum delivery, troubleshoot existing systems, and help improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
