Generate and follow up on outbound and inbound leads, qualify prospects, and nurture them into valid sales opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Account Executives, Sales, and Product while monitoring pipeline health and meeting aggressive business targets. Improve SDR systems, AI tools, processes, outreach cadences, meetings, and training programs to support scalable pipeline growth.

Own and architect the internal developer platform and cloud infrastructure. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, scalable Kubernetes environments, and infrastructure as code using Terraform/Terragrunt, Argo CD, Helm, and GitHub Actions. Develop backend tools and APIs to empower engineering teams and evaluate new CNCF tools.
