Owns B2B demand generation and lead-generation programs across paid search and social, content, email, ABM, events, webinars, trade shows, and organic search. The role manages positioning, keyword strategy, funnel operations in HubSpot and Salesforce, lead scoring, nurture automation, reporting, and channel ROI. Success requires building qualified pipeline, partnering with Sales and Client Success, and applying AI-driven workflows to scale marketing programs.

Lead AI products end to end, from prototyping and evaluation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Own matching, search, ranking, embeddings, and LLM-powered features while shipping production code across Python services, Rails, and React. Develop evaluation systems for nondeterministic AI, analyze product data with SQL, run experiments, review code, and deliver measurable improvements to healthcare career marketplace products.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for a two-sided healthcare marketplace. Build and optimize personalized email, SMS, push, and in-app journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement. Lead segmentation, automation, experimentation, reporting, and conversion-focused messaging while partnering with Product, Data, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative. Apply AI to lifecycle workflows, predictive scoring, personalization, and analysis.

Owns the company-wide IT and cybersecurity program, including SOC 2 compliance, cloud security, penetration-test remediation, business continuity testing, endpoint management, access controls, onboarding and offboarding, AI security governance, vendor reviews, security training, incident response, and employee IT support. The role partners with engineering, HR, Finance, leadership, auditors, and healthcare customers while managing security across AWS, Heroku, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, GitHub, and related tools.
