Design, build, and maintain microservices using modern .NET (including .NET 10 and ASP.NET Core). Implement REST APIs and async messaging patterns, deploy and manage services on Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage), and design/optimize SQL and NoSQL data stores. Focus on performance using Minimal APIs and native AOT where applicable.

Source and engage IT talent across India, UK, US, and Germany. Build and maintain multi-region pipelines, identify candidates via market mapping and AI tools, conduct initial screenings, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to improve sourcing tools and workflows.
