Run full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job posting, and candidate follow-up. Manage onboarding documentation, employee records, appraisal support, HR templates, policies, and basic compliance. The intern will independently support hiring across junior through senior engineering roles and help standardize HR processes.

Own end-to-end QA for ERP modules across weekly releases, including manual, functional, regression, UI, compatibility, usability, performance, and basic security testing. Design test cases from requirements, establish QA standards and workflows, document and track defects, validate fixes, and provide release sign-off. Collaborate with developers and product teams while introducing test case management and defect tracking processes.
