Support the Sales Manager with inside sales and customer service tasks, act as liaison with Production, Purchasing, and Technical Support, review and enter orders, manage lead-times and project details, create simple drawings and BOMs, assist quoting and samples, handle complaints and documentation (ISO9001), and perform administrative duties to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Support Technical Services by developing and modifying 2D/3D CAD models and detailed drawings (SolidWorks, DraftSight, Revu BlueBeam), create production drawings and BOMs, interpret mechanical/textile drawings, collaborate with engineers, drafters, production and sales, and maintain drafting standards and documentation.
