Supports the Sales Manager with customer service, order accuracy, quoting, sales administration, and project coordination. Reviews orders, lead times, inventory availability, payment terms, and special requirements; communicates with customers and Production, Purchasing, Technical Support, and Accounting teams. Handles complaints, change orders, rush projects, samples, CRM activities, and ISO 9001 documentation while assisting with order-entry overflow and maintaining accurate, timely processes.

Manage customer and distributor relationships, support outside sales, prepare proposals and bid responses, identify sales opportunities, provide product education, and coordinate with production, purchasing, and technical teams. The role requires consultative selling, technical product knowledge, CRM and reporting skills, and occasional travel to customers, distributors, and trade shows.
