Owns IT compliance and GRC activities across security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities include managing audits and assessments, developing policies and procedures, responding to customer and vendor security requests, conducting DPIAs, advising leadership on compliance risks, implementing scalable compliance processes, and delivering employee training. The role requires extensive auditor interaction and experience with SaaS compliance programs, privacy laws, security standards, and AI-enabled compliance automation.

Design and manage scalable Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure on AWS EKS using Terraform and GitOps. Build CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions, improve production reliability, and develop self-hosted monitoring and logging with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, or VictoriaMetrics. Troubleshoot live systems, apply networking expertise, establish engineering standards, and introduce automation that improves secure, highly available, global identity-verification platforms. The role collaborates closely with developers and has no 24/7 on-call responsibility.

Manage enterprise customer relationships from implementation through production, providing consultative support, issue resolution, risk management, and account growth. Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business Operations teams to guide integrations and projects. Develop customer requirements, success methodologies, insight presentations, and data-driven recommendations for executive stakeholders.
