Support and improve cloud-native infrastructure for an AI-driven identity platform. Build and maintain Kubernetes environments, manage IaC with Terraform, operate AWS resources, troubleshoot production issues, improve observability (Prometheus/Loki/ELK), support CI/CD pipelines, assist developers with deployments, and drive automation and best practices for reliability and scalability.

Drive outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate and qualify pipeline, research and prioritize accounts, leverage AI tools and CRM to personalize outreach, represent the company at events, and partner with AEs to advance opportunities to revenue.

Provide Level 1-2 IT support across hardware, software, identity, and collaboration tools; manage user provisioning and lifecycle, endpoint deployment and inventory, Zoom/Slack/Microsoft 365 support, onsite office technology operations, vendor and license coordination, and IT process documentation and improvement.
