Teams at Incision

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 onsite and remote IT support, administers Google Workspace and business applications, manages devices and assets, and handles onboarding and offboarding. The role also creates and improves IT processes, coordinates ISO 27001 compliance and audit evidence through Vanta, and supports future SOC 2 and HIPAA initiatives. Success requires independent prioritization, strong troubleshooting, process improvement, and collaboration across global teams.

Own the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery for Incision Assist, translating customer and clinical needs into prioritized features and implementation-ready requirements. Collaborate with engineering, commercial, implementation, and customer success teams; engage hospitals and clinicians; measure product impact; and align product strategy with company priorities. The role focuses on healthcare technology, surgical workflows, and reliable customer-facing product performance.

Lead Customer Success and Implementation across Benelux, UK, and MEA. Own retention, expansion, onboarding, adoption, and KPIs. Build scalable processes, coach regional leaders, manage escalations and executive customer relationships, and align customer feedback with product and commercial strategy.
