Own and evolve incident.io’s brand across websites, social, advertising, campaigns, launches, events, conference materials, and merchandise. Create launch creative and animation, lead event design systems, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing, product designers, and frontend engineers. The role requires strong digital and print design skills, practical HTML/CSS knowledge, excellent collaboration, organization, and the ability to extend an established brand thoughtfully.

Provide technical support to SaaS customers through Slack and Pylon, troubleshoot integration issues, write custom scripts, work with APIs, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Capture customer feedback, resolve technical challenges, and help expand support processes while delivering clear, high-quality customer experiences.
