Requires shipping knowledge, strong Microsoft Office skills, accuracy, communication, initiative, and teamwork.

Coordinates worldwide shipping and port-related requests, including itinerary and berth bookings, operational arrangements, proforma data, prefunding, invoice reconciliation, final disbursement accounting, and settlements. The role maintains customer relationships, monitors service quality and KPIs, protects principal interests, and ensures compliance with company procedures and systems.

Manages Singapore HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll oversight, compensation, performance reviews, training, employee relations, wellbeing, organizational changes, employment administration, work passes, statutory submissions, insurance, and offboarding. Advises business leaders while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
