Provide port agency and logistics support to ensure safe, smooth vessel turnaround. Manage vessel requirements, procure vendor services, board vessels as needed, and support 24/7 on-call operations while delivering customer service and administrative tasks.

Serve as the on-site representative managing safe, compliant boarding and disembarkation of vessel crew. Coordinate with port authorities, vessel agents and security, verify crew documentation, manage vessel clearances and manifests, update port systems, handle parcels, samples and transport arrangements, and report discrepancies or incidents.

Process and post vendor invoices promptly and accurately, verify invoice and tax details, comply with customer accounting requirements and SLAs, clear data entries within KPIs, liaise with customers, agents and service providers, and escalate issues to the Team Leader.
