The Port Manager oversees daily operations at the port, manages staff, ensures high-quality service delivery, liaises with clients, and ensures compliance with maritime regulations and safety protocols.

Provide first-line application support: log and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, monitor applications/APIs/batch jobs/AWS, perform routine operational tasks and health checks, maintain ticketing and knowledge documentation, communicate with users, escalate complex issues to L2, and contribute to process improvements and SOP updates.

Manage customer collections, reconcile payments, maintain accurate accounts receivable records, prepare aging and collection reports, coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve billing issues, process credit notes/refunds, assist month-end/year-end closing and audits, and identify process improvements to increase collection efficiency.
