Support the CEO as a right-hand Growth Intern to build GTM strategy, drive sales and partnerships, align commercial priorities with the AI product team, design processes and culture, craft messaging for clients/investors, and own high-impact strategic projects during a 3–6 month full-time internship.

Work directly with the CPTO and engineers to define, design, test, and deploy agentic AI for insurance claims. Conduct product and user interviews, prepare testing data and scenarios, collaborate on service and tooling design, derive data-driven product insights, support roadmap maintenance, and create documentation, flows, and UX outlines. Full-time 3-6 month internship, Berlin (hybrid, 3+ days/week).

Support founders across strategy, sales, product, operations, and finance. Choose a track (Product & Tech, Sales & GTM, Ops & Finance), drive projects end-to-end, build systems, and deliver measurable impact at an AI startup.

Operate and scale agentic AI systems for real insurance claims: run pilots, process claims, fix edge cases, build automated workflows and SOPs, measure quality, and support enterprise rollouts while developing deep expertise with Claude and frontier AI.
