Lead the IT function for a remote-first agency, building infrastructure, security posture, and compliance systems while managing tools and vendor relationships for 200 staff across multiple agencies.

Produce and direct short-form paid social video (TikTok, Instagram, Meta) end-to-end using iPhones. Manage shoots, talent direction, shot lists, props, schedules, budgets, and handoffs to post-production. Collaborate with strategists, editors, and account managers, solve on-set problems, run multiple shoots, and bring platform-smart creative ideas driven by trends. Must be available on-site when needed (studio hours 10AM-6PM, Mon-Fri).

Produce short- and long-form video content and supporting graphics for social and digital ad campaigns. Apply storytelling, pacing, color correction, and audio polishing, follow brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, maintain organized workflows, and collaborate with strategists and producers.
