Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, provide tailored investment and financial planning advice, and grow business through referrals, marketing events, and proactive prospecting. Deliver face-to-face guidance across a broad range of investments while using firm systems, sales support, and client-focused software to maximize retention and portfolio outcomes.

Own and support business application platforms across financial-services portfolios. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, configuration, integrations, implementations, testing, process improvement, data-flow management, vendor relationships, operational controls, documentation, and change enablement. The role partners with business, technology, Finance, PMO, vendors, and executives to improve platform adoption, data quality, efficiency, risk reduction, and customer experience while evaluating automation, analytics, and AI opportunities.

Provide personalized investment advice and portfolio management to clients through face-to-face meetings, deepen client relationships, and drive business development via referrals, events, and proactive outreach. Utilize firm systems, sales support, and marketing to retain and grow client assets while adhering to high ethical standards.
