Design, build, test, document and maintain complex Salesforce features and integrations (Apex, LWC, APIs). Extend Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities Cloud (OmniStudio), lead code reviews, mentor developers, ensure code quality, collaborate with architects and consultants, and produce technical documentation and support.

Own end-to-end technical architecture for large, integration-heavy Salesforce solutions in the energy & utilities sector. Translate requirements into scalable designs, define integration patterns, provide hands-on platform setup/configuration guidance, govern technical standards, review artefacts, run sprint reviews, maintain architecture documentation, and act as the primary technical contact for customers to ensure security, data, and performance alignment with Salesforce best practices.

Develop, test, document and maintain Salesforce features (Apex, LWC, configuration) with emphasis on test automation, integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events, middleware) and Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio) for energy & utilities customers. Contribute to CI/CD, quality engineering, requirements gathering, technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
