Leads business analysis and quality assurance for the SEC Legacy EDGAR O&M program. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, test planning and execution, defect and incident management, release validation, production support, operational reporting, quality metrics, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires coordination across business, product, development, infrastructure, and operations teams while ensuring service levels and SEC standards are met.

Leads technical transition activities for the SEC Legacy EDGAR program, including environment and infrastructure assessment, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, risk management, security coordination, and support integration. The role oversees transition planning, validates architectures, documentation, monitoring, recovery, access controls, and incident processes, and reports readiness, risks, and milestones to program leadership and SEC stakeholders. It requires extensive federal IT experience, technical leadership, systems integration knowledge, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government clearance.
