Lead Kid Zone operations: ensure child safety and high-quality member experiences, supervise and coach Kid Zone staff, manage scheduling/onboarding, maintain policies, inventory, records, and engage with parents. Support programming, events, pool/slide oversight when applicable, and participate in trainings and meetings.
