Coaches team members, supports scheduling and sales training, manages supplies and expenses, promotes events and social media initiatives, and assists the General Manager with financial and operational performance. May cover welcome desk, custodial, or kid zone shifts and must maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards.

The role requires flexible availability, occasional travel, physical activity, and coverage of various club operating roles.

Develop integrated creative campaigns and brand experiences across digital and physical channels. Create concepts, visual directions, layouts, advertising, social, email, web, signage, and promotional materials. Support photography and video productions, provide art direction and mentorship to designers, uphold brand standards, coordinate creative partners, and manage multiple projects through final execution.
