Oversees auto and property estimating practices, trains claims personnel, manages salvage activities, coordinates catastrophe teams and projects, and manages claims software vendors and system updates. The role supports technical claims education, software configuration, vendor relationships, reporting, and integration planning while maintaining expertise in auto physical damage and property loss estimating.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of complex workers’ compensation claims, including severe injuries, occupational diseases, litigation, and multi-party cases. Set and adjust claim reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate with legal and medical professionals, oversee vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop cost-containment strategies. Mentor junior specialists, improve claims processes, support safety and return-to-work programs, and present performance insights and recommendations to management.

Manages complex, high-exposure subrogation and recovery claims across insurance lines and jurisdictions. Investigates liability and coverage issues, negotiates settlements, prepares and manages arbitration proceedings, maintains reserves, and oversees recovery portfolios through resolution. Serves as a technical resource, mentors team members, supports training, collaborates with legal and claims stakeholders, monitors collection agencies, and recommends process improvements to maximize recoveries.
