Lead client strategic planning and serve as primary agency contact for healthcare/pharmaceutical clients. Manage budgets, ensure FDA and legal compliance, coordinate regulatory submissions and status reporting, drive cross-functional collaboration (Creative, Strategy, Medical), support pitches, and provide leadership on short- and long-range client goals.
