Leads healthcare and pharmaceutical client accounts, including annual planning, budget and fiscal management, strategic recommendations, client communications, account growth, business development, and new business proposals. Partners with strategy and creative teams to develop brand programs and engagement initiatives, manages client relationships, addresses feedback, and leads account teams. Requires substantial healthcare agency experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising and FDA regulations.

Manages pharmaceutical advertising client accounts, budgets, strategic plans, regulatory submissions, and agency-client relationships. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates internal and third-party partners, leads brand and tactical planning, supports new-business pitches, and keeps agency leadership informed. Requires healthcare agency account management experience, pharmaceutical DTC advertising knowledge, strong client leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
