Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for enterprise provider accounts in Missouri, driving implementations, platform configuration, end-user training, basic hardware troubleshooting, and adoption. Manage relationships across stakeholder levels, support go-lives, gather product feedback, and coordinate with Tech Support and Product teams. Travel within Missouri up to 50% and track KPIs like adoption, NPS, CSAT, and customer health.

Serve as the single dedicated Customer Success Manager for a multi-state, multi-provider strategic account. Lead complex, phased implementations across sites, manage executive and operational relationships, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, own commercial health (renewals/upsells), and coordinate cross-functional teams. Provide site training, QA, go-live support, and ongoing optimization while documenting feedback to inform product and CX playbooks. Travel 25–40% during active implementations.

Manage user access and identity across internal systems (Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Atlassian); provision and deprovision users; configure SaaS platforms and workflows; troubleshoot access and configuration issues; maintain documentation and run access reviews; support cross-functional teams and vendor escalations while applying least-privilege and basic HIPAA safeguards.

Lead ownership and maturation of a multi-account AWS platform: extend IaC (AWS CDK), improve CI/CD (GitHub Actions), drive container strategy (ECS/EKS, Docker), elevate security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), mentor engineers, and deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure for a regulated healthcare-connected product.

Own and drive pharmacy integration delivery: run technical discovery, translate requirements into data mappings and test plans, coordinate with engineering and partners, document standards, monitor integration health, triage issues, and shorten partner onboarding timelines to ensure reliable, scalable launches.

Own and deliver full-stack features across Ruby on Rails backend, React web, and Flutter mobile. Translate user needs into pragmatic solutions, drive architecture and production deployments, mentor teammates, address technical debt, and ensure reliability, performance, and security for mission-critical healthcare systems.
