Also serves as the Charlotte branch office manager, handling reception, correspondence, supplies, vendors, equipment, administrative support, and office events while maintaining a professional customer and visitor experience.

Build and lead the enterprise learning strategy, including onboarding, leadership development, multimedia training content, LMS optimization, certifications, and performance-focused training KPIs. Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to create scalable development systems, improve ramp time and retention, and continuously enhance programs through data, feedback, and field insights.

Coordinates home remodeling projects from sale through installation, managing schedules, materials, contractors, vendors, customer communications, documentation, quality inspections, payments, and issue resolution. The role ensures accurate project execution, timely completion, contractor performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
