Serve as regional lead for the Jr. Mentor Fellowship, coordinating launch, onboarding, curriculum development, trainings, events, college access activities, data quality, and regional travel. Support Shared Services, family engagement, summer programming, and AmeriCorps service requirements to ensure high-quality fellowship implementation and member experience.

AmeriCorps College Advising Mentor provides 1:1 mentorship, facilitates academic workshops and study hall support, oversees a Jr. Mentor Fellowship and service-learning, coordinates family engagement and college tours, documents service in Salesforce, and participates in training and professional development during a full-time school-year service term.

Serve as the senior site-based leader delivering daily mentorship and structured programming for grades 9–12. Provide 1:1 mentoring, run study halls and workshops, engage families, track academic progress and college readiness (FAFSA/CADAA, applications), log all activities in Salesforce, maintain student records, perform warm handoffs for seniors, and capture site content. Work is campus-based with some evenings/weekends.
