Build and document a sustainable regional content and social media production system. Responsibilities include auditing workflows, conducting field research, creating evergreen profiles and features, developing Canva templates, establishing engagement guidelines, piloting campaigns, analyzing results, building a content calendar, documenting processes, and training communications staff.

Supports HR capacity-building as IYT expands nationally. Responsibilities include assessing HR data practices, researching and improving data privacy and security, evaluating compliance with state and federal laws, benchmarking benefits and compensation, and researching employee wellness models. The VISTA will document processes, recommend improvements, and help implement HR systems and standards. This is a full-time AmeriCorps service role requiring strong organization, communication, independent project management, and commitment to IYT’s mission.

The Finance VISTA will create reusable financial infrastructure for IYT, including accounts receivable procedures, finance policies, audit-readiness systems, standardized forms, training resources, and grant, contract, and vendor tracking systems. The role requires organizing complex processes, documenting procedures clearly, supporting compliance, and building tools that enable department leaders and finance staff to manage budgets and funding independently.
