Serve as primary 1:1 college navigator for assigned students from senior year through graduation. Provide academic and financial aid guidance, internship and career support, re-engagement for stopped-out students, family engagement, and maintain timely caseload documentation in Salesforce. Deliver regular milestone tracking, coaching, and community-building activities on or near campus.

Support the CEO on program design, strategic plan execution, partnership development, market research, fundraising, and project management to advance IYTs mission. Gain hands-on social entrepreneurship and business development experience while participating in senior leadership initiatives.

The Recruitment Specialist supports the College Academy program by enhancing recruitment strategies, community outreach, and retention of AmeriCorps members, aiming to increase applicant interest and fill program slots.
