Lead engineering teams building payments, credit, compliance, and customer-data products. Responsibilities include setting technical roadmaps, scoping and prioritizing work, partnering cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, capital markets, and solutions engineering, developing engineering talent, managing Staff-level engineers, and maintaining technical credibility through hands-on engagement and AI-assisted codebase investigation.

Leads strategy, operations, and outcomes for escalations, back office operations, credit reporting, and social media support. Builds scalable processes, metrics, tooling, analytics, and outsourced team models; implements AI-enabled solutions; partners with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Tech, Product, and Engineering; and drives root-cause improvements and regulatory adherence.

Executes monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, and NetSuite dashboards. Applies loan accounting standards, supports CECL reserve calculations, assists with audits and regulatory reporting, documents internal controls, and improves accounting processes. Collaborates with Data, Risk, and Engineering teams to ensure systems accurately reflect financial activity.
