Leads complex product design initiatives from discovery through launch, shaping product strategy, translating complex financial workflows into intuitive experiences, and partnering with Product and Engineering. The role owns end-to-end UX and interaction design, influences product direction, mentors designers, advances design systems, and improves design practices. It also explores AI-assisted design and development workflows to increase design velocity while maintaining quality.

Own CX quality, training, and knowledge management systems for a large-scale customer support operation. Lead QA framework design, Zendesk knowledge management, Sierra AI deflection enablement, automated quality scoring, agent training, partner launch readiness, and data-driven continuous improvement. Manage a team of 2–3 associates while partnering with engineering, product, vendors, compliance, legal, and operations teams.

Own the corporate financial planning and analysis function by building Python-based financial models, automating reporting and commentary, developing forecasts, and supporting headcount, cash flow, revenue, and cost planning. Partner with Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, Data, Engineering, and People teams to improve financial data workflows and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
