The program involves solving real-world challenges, training in commercial strategies, and leading impactful projects in a tech-driven environment over six months.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn; respond rapidly to inbound leads; qualify IT and AI infrastructure buyers; book discovery meetings for Account Executives; research target accounts; maintain accurate HubSpot records; and provide market feedback to sales and marketing leadership.

Support the founders on strategic and operational initiatives across product, commercial, finance, and operations. Conduct research, prepare and execute founder-led projects, manage high-priority workstreams, coordinate investors, vendors, partners, lawyers, and internal stakeholders, and provide timely updates. Help evaluate and implement AI tools to improve efficiency across the organization. The role requires analytical thinking, strong ownership, excellent communication, and fluency in German and English.
