Lead and contribute to complex business and operations transformation engagements, including operating model design, organizational transformation, process optimization, performance management, AI value realization, and post-merger integrations. Manage project workstreams and teams, facilitate senior stakeholder workshops, build client relationships, and support growth of the consulting practice.

Leads supply chain transformation consulting projects, designing planning processes across forecasting, demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, and scenario planning. Analyzes networks and processes, supports planning technology implementations, and drives working capital and service-level improvements. Manages project workstreams, facilitates client workshops, develops practical solutions, contributes to business development, and collaborates with international teams and stakeholders.

Lead SAP IBP and advanced planning system implementations, translating supply chain business needs into technology solutions. Design end-to-end planning and S&OP processes, collaborate with clients, and support delivery and business development by generating leads, shaping proposals, and winning projects. The role requires strong supply chain planning expertise, multiple project cycles, consulting experience, and excellent English communication skills.
