Provide remote, supervision-only oversight of associate clinicians including individual/group supervision, clinical documentation review, treatment plan approval, compliance with state licensing boards and payer billing standards, audit-ready recordkeeping, and onboarding/training to ensure clinical quality and documentation timeliness.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and manage behavioral health conditions, prescribe and manage medications under physician supervision, perform follow-ups, assess safety risks, develop evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain timely audit-ready documentation, follow established workflows and KPIs, and deliver care via hybrid (telehealth and in-person) models.
