Manages full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, candidate communications, and ATS documentation. Partners with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, market insights, candidate assessment, and selection processes. Builds talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs, supports employer brand and candidate experience, and identifies recruiting process improvements. Requires strong relationship-building, sourcing, communication, organization, confidentiality, and knowledge of recruiting compliance.

Build and maintain Snowflake data infrastructure using dbt, including scalable data models, dimensional models, data marts, and ELT/ETL pipelines. Implement data quality, governance, lineage, documentation, and performance optimization practices. Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable analytics solutions while applying software engineering practices such as testing, version control, peer review, and CI/CD.

Supports financial reporting and general accounting by preparing journal entries, maintaining records, reconciling accounts, researching variances, assisting with month-end close and audits, and contributing to reporting and special projects. The role requires accurate transaction classification, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and Word, and collaboration across the organization.
