Responsibilities include cold calling, cost-benefit analysis, account expansion, reactivating lost accounts, sales order entry, customer problem-solving, and participation in sales meetings, promotions, and training. The role requires sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, organization, and Excel proficiency.

Provides end-user help desk support, troubleshoots and repairs computer hardware and Windows software, sets up desktops and laptops, manages user accounts and access rights, and maintains IT systems. Reviews security and backup requirements, documents technical changes, and responds to after-hours support requests on a rotational basis.
