Coordinates customer, vendor, and internal communications for complex logistics shipments. Provides timely customer service, documents contacts and complaints accurately, resolves issues, follows standard operating procedures, coordinates with colleagues, and meets company KPIs. Uses Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Suite, and CargoWise to support freight forwarding and customs brokerage operations.

Provides enterprise desktop and help desk support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, and mobile device issues. Installs and maintains computers, peripherals, operating systems, security and backup software, and inventory records. Responds to user requests, logs support interactions, monitors spam filters, assists with IT security incidents, and supports remote locations as needed.

Processes U.S. Customs entries and import documentation, classifies goods using tariff codes, coordinates with government agencies and logistics partners, arranges duties, transportation, and warehousing, bills customers, tracks shipments, and assists clients with required documentation and compliance procedures.
