Bills customers, tracks shipments, supports client documentation, and coordinates transportation or warehousing. Uses powers of attorney to sign documents for clients and operates CargoWise while following client-specific procedures and customs regulations.

Monitor security alerts, assist incident investigation and response, maintain security tooling (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection), perform vulnerability management and patching, support IAM, backup/recovery, compliance (PCI, NIST), security documentation and awareness training.
