Count, scan, verify, and reconcile incoming and outgoing inventory; operate forklift and order picker; document discrepancies, damage, and labels; upload records to imaging and AS400; assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, pallet handling, and maintaining warehouse safety and security.

Lead infrastructure and helpdesk teams to maintain availability, security, and performance of networks, servers, cloud/hybrid environments, backups/DR, and end-user support. Manage SLAs, incident response, vendor contracts, budgets, and cybersecurity initiatives while mentoring staff, driving improvements, and supporting projects across multiple sites.

Lead U.S. import team to ensure compliant, efficient customs clearance and exceptional customer service. Oversee daily import operations, enforce U.S. Customs and PGA compliance, develop staff, manage KPIs, drive process improvements, support customer accounts, and maintain documentation and audit readiness.
