Manage the medical device product pipeline by defining user needs, evaluating market and customer requirements, shaping product enhancements and new opportunities, and prioritizing the product roadmap. Develop value propositions, sales training materials, launch plans, forecasts, and product documentation. Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, sales, and R&D teams, train healthcare personnel, monitor competitive offerings, and communicate project progress and risks. Travel 30–40%.

Lead supplier quality engineering activities for regulated medical device products, including supplier qualification, change management, audits, quality agreements, CAPA, NCMR, SCARs, risk management, and performance analysis. Partner with suppliers, Procurement, R&D, and Operations to resolve quality issues, prevent disruptions, and improve processes. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, ISO 14971, and good manufacturing practices while independently driving supplier quality projects.

Leads commercial excellence for a medical device sales organization, overseeing commercial planning, sales force effectiveness, territory and quota planning, forecasting, dashboards, launch readiness, and business performance analysis. Partners with sales, marketing, finance, and clinical affairs to improve operating processes, sales productivity, pipeline visibility, revenue modeling, and growth execution across vascular and stroke markets.
