Leads planning, execution, budgeting, resourcing, quality, and client satisfaction for environmental branding, architectural signage, and wayfinding projects. Mentors project managers and project teams, manages client relationships, supports business development, develops proposals, oversees project financials, and provides technical and thought leadership. Requires extensive signage and environmental branding experience, architectural plan literacy, code familiarity, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Drives new business for Impec Group’s Workforce Solutions line across multiple verticals. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, consultative discovery, proposal and negotiation, closing, client relationship management, CRM administration, collaboration with division leaders, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events. The role focuses on full-cycle B2B sales to mid-market and enterprise organizations, with opportunities to cross-sell additional service lines.

Support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits enrollment, employee relations in English and Spanish, maintain employee records, deliver training, lead HR projects, and assist the HR Manager. Requires on-site presence and occasional client site visits.
