Provide first-line support for impact.com's partnership marketing platform via in-app chat and tickets. Troubleshoot and replicate issues, guide account setup and platform use, escalate technical problems, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teammates, and help drive operational improvements to enhance customer experience.

Serve as a neutral adjudicator and adviser for employee relations matters: chair disciplinary hearings, draft legally sound outcome reports, support CCMA/Labour Court matters, advise and train managers, maintain compliant policies, identify ER trends, and ensure documentation and processes meet labour legislation and governance standards.

Own growth of agency and tech partner ecosystem in ANZ: drive partner referrals, onboarding, enablement, and programs; generate pipeline and bookings, support sales motions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win new logos and expand existing accounts.
