Supports investment execution and post-investment management for private debt and equity impact investments. Responsibilities include reviewing investments, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance, coordinating document execution and fund wiring, entering transaction data, creating loan schedules, monitoring workflows, and supporting process improvements. The role requires meticulous organization, analytical judgment, client service, and collaboration across teams while managing a growing impact investment portfolio.

Performs general ledger accounting, month-end close, bank reconciliations, cash monitoring, accounts payable, vendor management, grant disbursements, audit and tax support, budgeting analyses, and 1099 reporting. The role also documents processes, strengthens internal controls, identifies automation opportunities, and supports accounting systems improvements. This is a full-time remote position requiring Eastern Time work hours and travel to company events two to three times annually.

Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients (HNW, family offices, foundations, corporates). Lead onboarding, coordinate multi‑party deliverables, maintain CRM and service operations, plan engagement strategies, escalate complex issues, capture client insights, and support referral and growth goals while improving processes and playbooks.

Lead and scale a high-performing client engagement team for institutional and UHNW clients. Own onboarding, escalation management, KPI frameworks, CRM adoption, client satisfaction (NPS), retention and expansion strategies, and cross-functional coordination to translate client needs into product and service improvements.
