Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients (HNW, family offices, foundations, corporates). Lead onboarding, coordinate multi‑party deliverables, maintain CRM and service operations, plan engagement strategies, escalate complex issues, capture client insights, and support referral and growth goals while improving processes and playbooks.

Lead and scale a high-performing client engagement team for institutional and UHNW clients. Own onboarding, escalation management, KPI frameworks, CRM adoption, client satisfaction (NPS), retention and expansion strategies, and cross-functional coordination to translate client needs into product and service improvements.

Lead client engagement for institutional clients, design impact and investment strategies, construct bespoke portfolios, manage onboarding and reporting, quarterback meetings and cross‑team deliverables, and support prospect-to-client conversions while ensuring high service standards and impact measurement alignment.

Lead development and execution of companywide thought leadership and content strategy. Define narratives, manage editorial governance, partner with executives and subject-matter experts, oversee external writers and agencies, run audience and content audits, and translate complex private markets topics into high-value content across channels to drive brand trust and demand.

Support end-to-end grantmaking operations: process grant recommendations, conduct grantee due diligence, maintain DAF records, assist payments and reconciliation, respond to donor/advisor inquiries, and contribute to process improvements and special grant workflows.
