Leads product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and execution across a portfolio of companies. Oversees multiple products, internal systems, AI initiatives, automation tools, and customer experiences from concept through launch. Partners with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executives; establishes product processes, KPIs, and scalable operating systems; and recruits and develops product teams.
