Leads the engineering organization’s daily delivery, technical execution, architecture quality, and team development. Manages engineering managers, technical leads, and developers; establishes Agile, CI/CD, code review, testing, and SDLC standards; partners with Product and Design on roadmap execution; allocates resources, removes delivery bottlenecks, and supports hiring and career development.

Serve as primary in-house legal counsel across multiple entities, advising executives on corporate governance, contracts, compliance, employment, privacy, advertising, intellectual property, risk, transactions, and disputes. Manage outside counsel, legal budgets, policies, and operational safeguards while supporting growth, partnerships, acquisitions, and scalable business processes in a performance marketing environment.

Manage and optimize high-volume SMS and email campaigns through launches, monitoring, testing, list optimization, deliverability tracking, and performance analysis. Use campaign data to improve ROI, conversions, engagement, and margin while maintaining dashboards and testing logs. Collaborate with campaign managers to scale successful strategies in a fast-paced, in-office performance marketing environment.
