Provide senior administrative support to the CEO and C‑Suite, supervise Singapore administrative staff, manage regional office operations (vendors, leases, budgets, compliance), coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and high‑level meetings, support board processes and strategic projects, and liaise with investors and partners while maintaining discretion and operational excellence.

Produce and edit impact measurement and M&E reports, develop results frameworks and theories of change, synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings, create research briefs and case studies, ensure methodological alignment with impact frameworks, and provide editorial and proposal-support for strategic initiatives.

Lead marketing and communications strategies for IIX, oversee brand management, stakeholder engagement, event management, and social media presence, championing gender and climate initiatives.
