Impact Investment Exchange Benefits Overview

Leads government affairs, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and business development for impact investing and sustainable finance initiatives across emerging markets. Responsibilities include researching sector trends, developing proposals and funding pursuits, managing stakeholder relationships with governments and donors, producing knowledge materials, supporting project implementation, and mentoring a growing team. The role requires extensive travel, strong strategic communication, and senior-level experience securing funding from multilateral institutions, development finance organizations, bilateral donors, or governments.

Supports government affairs and partnerships through market research, stakeholder mapping, business development, proposal writing, thought leadership, policy engagement, and project coordination. Builds relationships with governments, multilaterals, donors, corporates, clients, and partners while collaborating across teams to design and deliver development programs. The role also contributes to research agendas, concept notes, RFPs, EOIs, and other strategic initiatives.

Supports the CEO’s Office on strategic initiatives, organizational planning, cross-functional workstreams, research, and high-quality written outputs. Develops new concepts, proposals, and workplans; researches markets and funding mechanisms; and supports institutional partnerships, donor relationships, and co-investment opportunities. The role requires independent execution, structured thinking, stakeholder management, strong communication, and comfort working across ambiguous, high-priority initiatives in impact investing and sustainable finance.
