Impact Investment Exchange Benefits Overview

Supports the CEO’s Office on strategic initiatives, organizational planning, cross-functional workstreams, research, and high-quality written outputs. Develops new concepts, proposals, and workplans; researches markets and funding mechanisms; and supports institutional partnerships, donor relationships, and co-investment opportunities. The role requires independent execution, structured thinking, stakeholder management, strong communication, and comfort working across ambiguous, high-priority initiatives in impact investing and sustainable finance.

Support the CEO’s Office by managing strategic workstreams, preparing executive briefs and strategy materials, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, developing new concepts, conducting research, and cultivating institutional partnerships. The role translates organizational priorities into actionable plans, proposals, pitch decks, and reporting while engaging development finance institutions, impact investors, donors, and multilateral organizations across global markets.

Provides consulting support to the CEO’s Office on strategic initiatives, including executive briefing materials, research, thought leadership, organizational planning, cross-functional coordination, and new concept development.
