Impact Investment Exchange Benefits Overview

Deliver mixed-methods impact measurement across IIX programs: design and conduct IDIs/FGDs, facilitate Theory of Change sessions, design surveys, clean and analyze quantitative data, build trackers/dashboards, triangulate evidence, and draft funder-facing impact and M&E reports. Support the Project Lead and coordinate field logistics, transcription, translation, and PDPA-compliant data handling.

Lead design and delivery of IIX's performance management framework and learning ecosystem. Own review cycles, competency frameworks, TNAs, instructional design, facilitation, LMS administration, vendor management, measurement, and stakeholder partnership to link performance outcomes to development, compensation, and succession.

The role involves leading ESG advisory services, managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and mentoring team members in sustainable finance solutions.
