Leads IMPACT’s multi-country office and regional hub in Amman, overseeing integrated humanitarian missions, multidisciplinary teams, office operations, risk management, partnerships, donor engagement, fundraising, strategy, program quality, and financial sustainability across MENA.

Leads IMPACT's Ethiopia mission, including country strategy, humanitarian programme and project delivery, fundraising, donor engagement, budgeting, operations, team leadership, partnerships, external representation, and data protection. The role coordinates with headquarters, ACTED, donors, UN agencies, NGOs, and local stakeholders while ensuring compliance, security, accountability, and programme quality in a complex humanitarian environment.

Conduct geospatial analysis, remote sensing, satellite-based modeling, hydrological and climate modeling, spatial data management, and cartographic product development for humanitarian assessments across MENA. Responsibilities include research planning, data quality assurance, database maintenance, map and web-map production, capacity building, and presenting GIS findings. The role requires advanced GIS expertise, remote sensing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in complex security environments.
