Operates CNC machines to load, shape, inspect, and finish machined parts. Measures components using precision gauging equipment, verifies specifications, adjusts machine controls, troubleshoots malfunctions, replaces tools, performs preventive maintenance, and documents production and quality activities. Maintains safety and quality standards while handling materials up to 50 pounds, managing stock inventory, and communicating issues across shifts. Flexible and on-call availability is required.

Provides entry-level administrative support to Human Resources, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records, data entry, document management, HR correspondence, and employee communications. Maintains confidential personnel and safety records, tracks training and required documentation, supports safety committee activities, and assists with HR and employee events while escalating questions and concerns to the Human Resources Manager.
