Lead and grow youth outreach and player development programs (Juniors, After School, CityReach, Camps). Coach two club teams, recruit and manage volunteers, plan events and camps, meet participation and player recruitment targets, and promote the club's culture and mission.

Part-time youth soccer coach responsible for player development, spiritual discipleship, team unity, and club engagement. Lead two weekly practices, coach games/tournaments, run parent meetings, recruit players, partner with team managers, attend club events, and embody ICFC culture and coaching philosophy.

Lead all soccer operations: develop players, disciple and recruit coaches, coach 1-2 teams, run tryouts and team formation, grow programs, and ensure parent satisfaction and strong club culture aligned with a faith-based mission.
