Manages legal case workflows, medical records, billing documentation, client intake, treatment tracking, correspondence, scheduling, and litigation support. Maintains case management systems, communicates with clients and providers, prepares legal documents, verifies filing information, and protects sensitive data under HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Negotiate and resolve medical liens by preparing abatements, coordinating with providers and case managers, documenting communications in the CRM, and ensuring timely, accurate lien reductions in the firm and client interests.

Provides attorney-supervised legal and case-management support for New Jersey family law matters. Duties include drafting pleadings and discovery, organizing case files and financial records, conducting legal research, tracking deadlines and court dates, assisting with hearings and trials, coordinating with clients and courts, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires at least two years of family law paralegal experience and strong knowledge of New Jersey Family Court procedures.
