Screen prospective clients, conduct intake interviews, prepare retainer agreements, coordinate medical treatment, organize case documents in LeadDocket and Filevine, request police reports, maintain accurate confidential records, communicate with internal teams and providers, and complete intake tasks within deadlines.

Negotiate and resolve medical liens by preparing abatements, coordinating with providers and case managers, documenting communications in the CRM, and ensuring timely, accurate lien reductions in the firm and client interests.
