Supports middle school students in an onsite afterschool program by supervising activities, transitions, recreation, snack, attendance, and dismissal. Assists with enrichment, academic support, leadership, social-emotional learning, conflict resolution, and community-building activities. Teaching Assistants / Group Leaders foster safe, inclusive, and welcoming environments, communicate student needs to program leadership, collaborate with staff and families, and model compassion, respect, and kindness.

Provide nurturing afterschool support to elementary students: greet, take attendance, supervise transitions, lead recreational activities, assist teachers with lesson implementation and individualized supports, maintain communication with staff, and attend professional development.
