Health Insurance + Wellness
Dental insurance
Through Delta Dental, employees have the option of 2 plans to use for preventative, basic, orthodontia and major services. Our plans cover 100% of preventative care.
Disability insurance
We provide Life and Disability insurance through Dearborn. IMO covers 100% of your pre-disability earnings for the first 4 weeks and 60% for the remaining time up to 12 weeks total.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Through Chard Snyder, you can contribute pre-taxed dollars to either a healthcare or limited-purpose FSA plus a dependent care FSA account.
Health insurance
All benefit coverage begins the first day of the month following your start with IMO Health. Medical insurance is provided by UnitedHealthcare with the opportunity to enroll in a PPO or HDHP Plan.
