Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, including complex calendar and travel management, board and executive meeting preparation, correspondence, project support, and confidential personal tasks. Provides strategic and operational leadership for clinical data technology systems, including eCOA/ePRO, eDiary, Medidata Rave EDC, and Elluminate. Leads systems strategy, governance, implementations, integrations, validation, lifecycle management, vendor oversight, budgets, compliance, and inspection readiness. Manages clinical systems personnel and partners with data management, clinical operations, regulatory, quality, IT, CROs, and vendors. The role requires deep clinical data management expertise, strong people leadership, and 15+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO experience.
