The Director, HR Business Partnerships will establish and lead Immunome’s HRBP function, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across scientific, clinical, technical, and corporate teams. Responsibilities include organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership coaching, performance management, change initiatives, employee relations, and scalable HR practices. The role will initially operate hands-on and later build and lead an HRBP team.

Leads commercial accounting operations for a first product launch, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, gross-to-net reserves, order-to-cash, inventory, COGS, 3PL accounting, SOX controls, audits, SEC reporting, and ERP implementations. Partners cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, FP&A, Legal, and IT teams while building scalable processes and developing staff or consultants in a pre-commercial biotech environment.

The Global Regulatory Lead will develop and execute regulatory strategies for therapeutic projects, ensuring compliance and success in submissions while leading cross-functional teams and managing risks.
