The Senior Accountant, General Ledger maintains accurate financial records through journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement disclosures, variance analysis, and clinical trial accounting. The role supports GAAP and IFRS compliance, SOX controls, audits, SOPs, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations and FP&A. It also provides accounting guidance, supports financial reporting, and helps improve scalable finance processes.

Manages multiple company-sponsored clinical trials, including study documentation, site recruitment and initiation, protocol guidance, safety compliance, patient data monitoring, site training, regulatory document collection, and clinical trial updates. Leads study teleconferences and supports patient treatment, response, and survival data maintenance. The role requires a biological sciences degree, clinical research experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and approximately 20% travel.

Supports clinical research studies through inspection readiness, site start-up, essential document and Trial Master File management, clinical supplies and specimen coordination, site communications, safety reporting, invoice reconciliation, supplier oversight, metrics, and clinical study report preparation. The role also supports process improvements, regulatory compliance, system implementations, and cross-functional clinical operations activities.
