Conducts independent cellular pharmacology research focused on T cell and myeloid biology, antibody mechanisms of action, and therapeutic development. Designs, executes, optimizes, and analyzes primary human immune-cell assays; contributes to screening, candidate characterization, IND-enabling studies, documentation, and scientific communication. Provides technical guidance to associate scientists and helps maintain a safe laboratory. Requires strong T cell biology, immune-cell culture, and multicolor or spectral flow cytometry expertise.

Execute and optimize purification and analytical workflows for therapeutic proteins, monoclonal, bispecific, and multispecific antibodies. Characterize purity, aggregation, charge heterogeneity, identity, assembly, post-translational modifications, expression, and other quality attributes. Develop formulations, control endotoxin, troubleshoot production challenges, maintain documentation and inventories, and present findings. Collaborate with protein engineering, discovery biology, and project teams to improve molecules, processes, and candidate selection.

Lead enterprise CMC strategy and execution for antibody multi-specifics, delivering GMP clinical supply via CDMOs. Own cell line, process, analytical, formulation, regulatory Module 3 content, inspection readiness, budget, vendor governance, and integrated program timelines to IND and beyond while advising executive leadership and Board.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations), accounts payable, payroll and lease entries, vendor onboarding, audit support, employee expenses, and maintaining audit-ready records while identifying process improvements.
