Leads organization-wide information systems projects and manages case management, databases, workflow automation, and knowledge management. The role coordinates stakeholders, technical staff, development partners, and vendors; manages Microsoft Power Platform solutions and Apricot; establishes procedures and data governance; oversees budgets, deployments, training, and data quality and security; and supervises IS staff. Local travel to IRCO facilities is required for equipment installation and issue resolution.

Provide on-site support for SUN Community Schools after-school programs by facilitating enrichment classes, assisting with homework, recording attendance, communicating with families and site managers, enforcing school safety protocols, and supporting events. Create age-appropriate lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and engage diverse students and families in culturally responsive ways.

Support SUN Site Manager by running after-school enrichment programs: create and deliver age-appropriate activities, manage classroom behavior, record attendance, assist with registration and data entry, provide basic first aid, orient partners/volunteers, substitute for the manager when absent, and help with events, outreach, and site upkeep. Work is in-person at McDaniel High School, part-time and on-call.
