Leads the design and implementation of Immatics’ Authorized Treatment Center authorization program for an autologous cell therapy. Responsibilities include defining qualification standards, SOPs, training, chain-of-identity and chain-of-custody controls, audits, quality processes, center activation, launch readiness, and field team development. The role partners across regulatory, quality, patient supply, manufacturing, medical affairs, commercial, and IT functions while overseeing treatment-center qualification and operational readiness across the US network.

Leads the IT Commercial and Patient Operations function, establishing technology strategy and delivering commercial, medical affairs, patient operations, and data platforms for a US commercial launch. Owns roadmaps, system integrations, governance, compliance, vendor and budget management, and cross-functional delivery across commercial, market access, sales, marketing, analytics, and medical affairs.

Coordinates recruiting, interview scheduling, offers, background checks, onboarding, employee records, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HR vendor administration, purchase orders, invoices, and related HR operations. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, IT, Procurement, vendors, and hiring managers to support the employee lifecycle and maintain accurate, compliant records.
