Design and lead commercial learning, onboarding, certification, field readiness, and capability-development programs for an emerging biotechnology company preparing its first launch. Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to prepare field teams for compliant scientific engagement. Build learning infrastructure, curricula, measurement systems, content repositories, and feedback loops while managing training vendors and supporting PRAME-directed TCR T-cell therapy commercialization.

Leads the IT Commercial and Patient Operations function, establishing technology strategy and delivering commercial, medical affairs, patient operations, and data platforms for a US commercial launch. Owns roadmaps, system integrations, governance, compliance, vendor and budget management, and cross-functional delivery across commercial, market access, sales, marketing, analytics, and medical affairs.

Coordinates recruiting, interview scheduling, offers, background checks, onboarding, employee records, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HR vendor administration, purchase orders, invoices, and related HR operations. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, IT, Procurement, vendors, and hiring managers to support the employee lifecycle and maintain accurate, compliant records.
