The Associate Director of Operational Excellence will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance process performance in biopharma settings.

Configure, support, and optimize SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and EWM solutions in a GxP-validated environment. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, developers, and validation teams to deliver compliant ECM processes, integrations (MM/QM/LIMS/MES), CSV activities, production support, and system improvements.

Support Operational QA for manufacturing and CMC by overseeing batch release, reviewing batch records and analytical data, managing deviations/investigations and CAPAs, maintaining SOPs and documentation, and supporting audits and regulatory submissions.
