Coordinates daily soccer program operations, including schedules, rosters, records, equipment, field setup, travel, camps, tournaments, matches, and event logistics. Maintains inventories and documentation, supports purchasing and expense tracking, communicates with vendors and campus departments, and assists coaches, staff, interns, and event personnel. The role requires flexible scheduling, occasional travel, outdoor work, lifting equipment, and adherence to safety and governing-body requirements.

Provides employment and education legal counsel across wage and hour, discrimination, leave, discipline, agreements, investigations, immigration, litigation, and compliance. Develops policies, procedures, training, and risk-mitigation practices; supports academic admissions, enrollment, investigations, and disputes; and manages outside counsel. The role collaborates with People Operations, safety, health, and learning teams while advising stakeholders in a fast-paced campus environment.

Conduct virtual consultations with student-athletes and families, assess recruiting and development goals, recommend NCSA and IMG Academy+ programs, manage opportunities in CRM systems, and achieve enrollment and revenue targets. The role requires evening and weekend availability, strong consultative sales and communication skills, knowledge of college recruiting, and a commitment to supporting student-athletes.
